Sales & Lettings Negotiator

 As the business continues to grow year on year, we are looking for another dynamic person to join our close-knit team. You must be a 'peoples’ person, able to communicate professionally and be committed to providing the highest level of Customer Service day in day out. Your organisational skills will be key to prioritise your own workload as well as being an active team player to achieve a collective goal. IT skills and proficiency in Mircosoft Office a must!

The Role

  • To answer day to day enquiries for our Rental and Sales stock, received in Branch, by phone or email.
  • To book appointments for viewings, valuations and quarterly inspections.
  • To progress applications for our rental properties, carrying out Right to Rent checks, Employers and References to ascertain eligibility and preparation and signing of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. Regular liaison with the applicant on required documentation, deposit and rental amounts due to ensure a swift occupancy, keeping our Landlord updated regularly of progress.
  • To accurately record maintenance reports, progress and resolve any issues that occur through to a successful resolution. Liaison with contractors, Landlords and Tenants throughout.
  • To report offers and assist in sales progression where required.
  • To assist in obtaining relevant Identification in line with Money Laundering Regulations. In addition, completing PEP (Politically Exposed Person) checks, Customer Due Diligence and Risk Assessments for our Vendors, Purchasers, Landlords and Tenants.
  • General administration required, to include merging of standard letters, scanning and updating of our online database.
  • To recommend our preferred solicitor, mortgage advisor and contractors where applicable
  • Attending occasional viewings as required of rental and sales properties.
  • To carry other relevant functions which may be allocated from time to time.
